Return and Refund Policy

Returns for Defective or Misprinted Items We stand by the quality of our products and offer returns for defective or misprinted items within 30 days of receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at support@arawmanticks.com with your order number, date of receipt, and clear photos of the defect.

  2. Await our review and approval.

  3. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, retain their tags, and be in their original packaging.

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.


Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments Orders with insufficient address details or unclaimed deliveries will be returned to us.

Responsibility: Reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.

Notification: Returned shipments will be notified via email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
