Return and Refund Policy for ARAWMANTICKS

This return policy is valid for all countries worldwide, including but not limited to North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, South America, and Africa.


Returns for Defective or Misprinted Items

Eligibility:
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to report any defects, misprints, or damage.

Process:

  1. Contact us at support@arawmanticks.com with your order number, date of receipt, and photos of the defect.
  2. Await our review and approval.
  3. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Condition:
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.


Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

Responsibility:
If the provided address is insufficient or the shipment is unclaimed, it will be returned to us. Reshipment costs are your responsibility.

Notification:
We will notify you via email of any returned shipments. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse, except for customers residing in Brazil. Brazilian customers may return items within 7 days by contacting us at support@arawmanticks.com, with a photo of the item, subject to condition evaluation.


Size Exchanges

To be able to offer free shipping, we do not offer size exchanges. Please ensure you check our size guides before placing your order to avoid any sizing issues.
